Batesville Tool and Die Wins 2026 Rosie Award

The award goes to businesses that have built top performing health care plans.

NASHVILLE - Batesville Tool and Die, Inc. has been named a 2026 Rosie Award winner by Health Rosetta, earning national recognition for delivering a health plan that outperforms the market on cost, quality, and employee experience.

The award was presented July 30 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort during RosettaFest 2026, Health Rosetta's annual gathering of the employers, advisors, and clinicians rebuilding American healthcare.

From more than 10,000 employers in the Health Rosetta ecosystem, over 2,000 plans were evaluated, 182 advanced as finalists, and 88 were ultimately named Rosie Award winners.

Rosie Award winners are selected based on their Plan Grader™ score. The score is based on how strategically they have reinvested their Health Rosetta Dividend, the savings generated by better plan design, back into their workforce and community; and their willingness to share what they have learned so other employers can follow.

"This recognition belongs to our entire team and the community we serve. We believe great healthcare is part of what we owe the people who show up every day, and we are proud of the results our plan is producing for them. Being part of a growing movement of employers proving what is possible means a great deal to us." - Sonja White, Human Resources Director, Batesville Tool & Die, Inc.

For employees and their families, this recognition shows up as easier-to-access care, dollars that go further, and a benefits package built around their lives.
