(Rising Sun, IN) – Ohio County Tourism has released details about the annual Rising Sun Stars & Stripes Celebration.
The event will take place on Saturday, July 6 from 4:00-10:30pm. There will be live music, food trucks, vendors, and a youth Foam Zone.
Saffire Express will start the event off. They are a six-piece band from Cincinnati that play hits from various decades. In between live will be Deejay J.D. Hughes. To close out the night will be Hank Ruff and the Hellbenders. Ruff’s catalog consists of songs he wrote with his dad as well as some country favorites.
The night will wrap up with a firework show by the Rising Sun Lion’s Club. The event is on Main & Front Street and is open to the public. It is advised to bring your own lawn chairs.
