Authorities Locate Person Reported Missing From Canoe at Laughery Creek

The person was reported missing just before 1:00 Friday afternoon.

(Dearborn County, Ind.) – Local authorities responded to a call of a missing person from a canoe on Friday afternoon.

According to the Dearborn County Sheriff's Office, one person was reported missing from a canoe near Cole Lane and East Laughery just before 1:00 p.m.

The person was located a short time after authorities arrived at the scene.

No other information has been provided at this time.
