(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Another arrest has been made in connection to a drug bust at a Greendale hotel.

Jessica Henry, 34, of Middletown, Ohio was arrested on Wednesday and charged with Dealing in Methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony), Possession of Methamphetamine (Level 4 Felony) and Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Level 6 Felony).

At the time of her arrest, officers say Henry was in possession of approximately 19 grams of methamphetamine, a digital scale and a large sum of cash.

Henry is the seventh person arrested and charged from a drug dealing investigation that took place at the Baymont Inn in Greendale on May 4.

Officers responded to the hotel on May 4 due to a fire alarm and an overdose death. Officers learned that the room where the overdose occurred was rented in Bette Staub’s name. The individual who overdosed and died was believed to be dating Jessica Henry.

Staub was arrested on June 8 when she was allegedly found in possession of 68 grams of a drug believed to be methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia. Prior to her arrest, officers observed a meeting between Staub and Henry at a local grocery store.

After the arrest of Staub, officers learned that she had purchased the methamphetamine from Henry.

“Our law enforcement officers are working hand in hand to stop drug dealing in our community,” said Prosecutor Lynn Deddens. “I applaud Dearborn County Sheriff’s Department, the Special Crimes Unit, Greendale Police Department, Aurora Police Department along with Lawrenceburg Police Department. We will continue this fight against drug dealers.”
