IBCA Announces 2025 Underclass Showcase Participants

Several area basketball stars have been selected to attend the event.

INDIANAPOLIS - The 23rd IBCA/IHSAA Top 100 Underclass Showcase basketball events have been scheduled for June. 

The 2025 Girls' Top 100 Underclass Showcase will be Thursday, June 12 at Ben Davis High School. The Boys' Showcase will follow on Friday, June 27, also at Ben Davis. 

Staged by the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association with support from the IHSAA, the showcase events are designed to give exposure to approximately 252 of the top basketball prospects from across the state. 

This year, 120 boys and 132 girls will participate at the showcase.

Local players selected to participate are:

Girls

  • Audrey Barron, Shawe Memorial 
  • Juliana Davis, Madison
  • Mollie Ernstes, Jennings County
  • Claire Larrison, Greensburg
  • Aly Powers, Greensburg
  • Rachel Suttman, Oldenburg Academy
  • Etta Young, Jennings County

Boys

  • Brady Cook, Southwestern (Hanover)
  • Drew Volz, South Ripley

Lawrenceburg's Brad Cutter and South Ripley's Seve Beach will be among the coaching staff for the Boys' Showcase. 

The Girls' Showcase will be conducted in one session, beginning at 12:30 p.m. The Boys' Showcase will start at 11:30 a.m.
 
Both Showcase events are being held during the NCAA's "scholastic viewing period," which allows coaches from NCAA Division I programs to attend in person.
 
The Showcase events are open to the public. Admission is $5 per person per day for spectators. IBCA-member coaches will be admitted at no charge by showing their IBCA membership card.
 
The planned agendas for each day, players who are expected to participate and coaches who are expected to work the events are listed below.
