(Nashville, TN) -- Little Big Town returns to Nashville to host the 2018 CMT Music Awards.
The show takes place Wednesday night at Bridgestone Arena and will air on CMT at 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
Performers include Carrie Underwood, Florida Georgia Line and the Backstreet Boys, among several other artists.
The categories are Video of the Year, Male and Female Video of the Year, Duo and Group Video of the Year, Breakthrough and Collaborative Video of the Year, as well as CMT Performance of the Year.
