Brown takes time from touring to help cheer up children.
(Loma Linda, CA) -- Kane Brown is paying it forward.
He spent time with the children at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital in California this week.
The 24-year-old played games and shared stories with the kids at the hospital's Toyota Learning Center on Monday.
Tomorrow, he hits the road again with Chris Young.
