Prine gives the working man a hand up.

(Nashville, TN)  --  John Prine and his label, Oh Boy Records, are showing their appreciation for TSA workers during the longest partial government shutdown in U.S. history.

The legendary singer bought TSA employees at the Nashville airport lunch on Friday.

He said the good deed was simply to thank them for treating him well during his time spent at airports throughout the course of his career.
