The 3rd Annual "Spirit of the People Gathering" is located next to Serpent Mount of Horner Chapel Road at Soaring Eagle Retreat in Peebles, Ohio on June 9 and 10 from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
The gathering is similar to a Powwow with the grand entry at noon, two drum groups present, a vendors area, food, a great family event and always honors veterans. Entry fee is simply $5 per car load.

The scholarship is awarded to adults looking to continue or pursue their education. The race is to honor Denny and Bev Carrigan.
