ORVC Report for April 27 - May 2 .

(Milan, Ind.) - Ten student athletes have earned weekly honors from the Ohio River Valley Conference with four Milan Indians leading the way.
The ORVC Report for April 27 - May 2 was released on Tuesday.
Milan's Tommy Poole and Southwestern's Bryce Kloepfer were named the ORVC Baseball Players of the Week. Poole tossed 7.2 innings, giving up five hits and three wins, while striking out five in a win. He also collected four hits, two runs, an RBI and a triple in three games. Kloepfer pitched nine innings, giving up 10 hits and three earned runs, while striking out 12 in a win. At the plate, he had five hits, four RBI and a run scored in four games.
The ORVC Softball Players of the Week are McKenna Eaglin and Elaina Titkemeyer.
Eaglin tossed five innings and gave up only three hits, helping lead Milan to a win over Rising Sun. Titkemeyer had a strong week for Rising Sun, collecting four hits, four RBI, two runs and a double in two games. She also pitched 7.2 innings, going 1-1, while striking out 11.
In boys golf, Milan's Ethan Clark and Southwestern's Braxton Lewis are the Players of the Week. Clark carded a nine-hole, 38 Wyaloosing Creek. Lewis played 18 at Sunrise, shooting 78.
The Track and Field Top Performers of the week were Gabe Riehle (Milan), Addy Preston (Switzerland County), Madison Spillman (Switzerland County), and Savannah Nussbaum (Southwestern)
