Girls basketball season is in full swing.

(Vevay, Ind.) – Aleiah Thomas eclipsed the 1,000-point plateau on her way to earning Ohio River Valley Conference weekly honors.
The ORVC report for the week of November 4-16 was released Tuesday.
Switzerland County Lady Pacers star Aleiah Thomas is the first ORVC Girls Basketball Player of the Week for the 2019-20 season.
Thomas accounted for 59 points, 18 rebounds and 11 assists in the first three games of the season. She also scored her 1,000th career point against Henryville.
To date, Thomas is the ORVC’s leading scorer at 19.7 points per game.
