South Dearborn Boys Host Regional Semi-Final Against Speedway

Good luck to Coach Wismann and the Knights!

(Aurora, Ind.) – The South Dearborn Knights boys soccer team hopes to see a packed house at Backman Field tonight.

The Knights will host Speedway in a Class 2A Soccer Regional at 7:00 p.m. Gates will open at 6:00.

South Dearborn captured their second consecutive sectional championship last Saturday with a 3-0 win over Lawrenceburg.

Now, the Knights face the team that knocked them out of last year’s state tournament.

Single session tickets are $10 for both adults and students. Due to the multi-site regional, there will not be an all-session ticket that covers both regional sites.

The winner of tonight’s contest will play either Crawfordsville or Brefeuf Jesuit Preparatory in the regional championship on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. at Indianapolis Bishop Chatard.
