Batesville played host to the sixth and final race on Saturday.

(Batesville, Ind.) - The sixth and final Southeastern Indiana Racing Circuit event took place Saturday in Batesville.
Gabe Riehle, 17, of Milan, was the winner of the Bulldog Chase 5K with a time of 17:03. He finished fourth in the overall competition with an average time of 18:26.
Bradyn Hatton, 18, of Lawrenceburg was second on Saturday with a time of 17:19, and wrapped up the overall 2025 SIRC Championship with an average time of 17:44.
The hometown runner, Jake Chapman, finished in third place at the Bulldog Chase 5K with a time of 17:32.

Lanie Nicholson was the top performing female at the final race, placing 10th overall with a time of 18:21. Despite the great performance, it was not enough to pass Alisha Detmer at the top of the overall female leaderboard.
Detmer, 21, of Patriot, placed second among females at the Batesville race with a time of 18:34. Callie Bentely followed in third with a time of 19:41.

Each of the six SIRC races raised funds for cross country programs at the host schools: Rushville, East Central, Lawrenceburg, Franklin County, Milan, and Batesville.
