(Milan, Ind.) – Ethan Pierce is taking his talents to Ohio to play college football.
The Milan High School senior recently signed his letter of intent to continue his academic and athletic career at Mount St. Joseph University.
Pierce is a two-time IFCA All-State selection, earning the honor as a junior and a senior.
Over the course of his high school career, Pierce starred as a tight end and a linebacker.
He was Milan’s leading tackler as a senior, totaling 84 takedowns including 13 for a loss. Pierce had 87 tackles as a junior and 72 as a sophomore.
Offensively, Pierce had 49 career receptions for 697 yards and nine touchdowns.
In 2023, the Mount St. Joseph roster featured several local players, including Devon Donawerth (East Central), Kyle Farfsing (Harrison), Brady Hornberger (Batesville), Johnny Volk (Milan), Devin Salyers (East Central), Noah Houser (East Central), Chandler Reatherford (Milan), Joey Hibbard (Lawrenceburg), and Anthony Kuhr (Taylor).
