Lawrenceburg and Jac-Cen-Del advanced in the boys basketball state tournament.

BOYS BASKETBALL

Class 3A Sectional 29 at Greensburg - First Round

Lawrenceburg 50, Connersville 41 - The Tigers advance to take on Greensburg in the semi-finals on Friday night. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30. The game will air on Eagle Country 99.3.

  • Logan Rohrer (LB): 19 points
  • Cooper Bobo (LB); 13 points
  • Ben Cornett (LB): 9 points, 7 assists
  • Josh Williams (CONN): 19 points

Greensburg 53, South Dearborn 36 - The Knights finish the season with a record of 15-9.

Class 1A Sectional 60 at Edinburgh

Jac-Cen-Del 66, Southwestern (Shelbyville) 40 - The Eagles will take on Waldron in the semifinals on Friday night at 7:30.
