L'Burg's Graham Sets New Bench Press Record, Joins 1,000 Pound Club

Graham stars on the Tigers football and wrestling teams.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Seth Graham is a strong young man.

The Lawrenceburg High School junior joined the 1,000-pound club this week. To do so, a student must lift over 1,000 pounds over three lifts, bench, squat and clean.

On his way to 1,000 pounds, Graham set a new school record bench press at 335 pounds.

He also set new personal records for squat (450) and clean (285).

Graham currently stars for the Tigers football team as an offensive and defensive lineman. He is also an accomplished wrestler, winning the state championship in the 285-pound weight class at the IHSW JV State Finals this past January.
