GIRLS SOCCER

Class 2A Sectional 29 at Batesville - Championship

#2 Lawrenceburg 3, South Dearborn 0 

  • Preslee Rugg, Ava Merkel, Alivia Bushman (LB): goal each
  • Back-to-back sectional titles for Lawrenceburg
  • The Tigers will travel to take on the Madison Cubs on Wednesday. The winner will play #13 Gibson Southern or #8 Evansville Mater Dei for the Regional Championship

 

Class 3A Sectional 12 at New Palestine - Championship

#12 East Central 5, Greenfield-Central 0 

  • Fourth straight sectional title for EC
  • The Trojans will host Franklin Central on Wednesday. The winner will play #3 Carmel or Brownsburg for the Regional Championship. 

 

Class 1A Sectional 44 at Rising Sun - Championship

#4 Oldenburg Academy 5, Rising Sun 0 

  • The Twisters will host #3 Monrovia on Wednesday. The winner will play #1 Heritage Christian or Muncie Burris for the Regional Championship. 

 

BOYS SOCCER

Class 3A Sectional 13 at Center Grove - Championship

#1 Center Grove 5, East Central 1

 

Class 2A Sectional 29 at South Dearborn - Championship

Lawrenceburg 1, Madison 0 

  • The Tigers will play at Charlestown on Thursday. The winner will play #12 Washington or #1 Evansville Memorial for the Regional Championship. 

 

Class 1A Sectional 44 at Milan - Championship 

#12 Oldenburg Academy 5, Milan 0 

  • The Twisters will host Shawe Memorial on Thursday. The winner will play Indianapolis Scecina or #5 Greenwood Christian for the Regional Championship.
