INDIANAPOLIS – Five high school basketball stars from southeastern Indiana earned All-State honors this season.

The Indiana Basketball Coaches Association today released their 2023-24 Supreme 15, Large School, and Small School All-State teams.

In total, 270 players – 135 seniors and 135 underclass players – were recognized.

Locally, South Ripley junior Cole Henry was named to the Underclass Small School All-State Team. Henry averaged 20.3 points and 8.1 rebounds per game while shooting 55 percent from the field and 72 percent from the free throw line.

In February, the 6’7” forward notched his 1,000th career point in a 37-point performance against Rising Sun.

Fellow ORVC star Cam Craig certainly put up the numbers to be on the Small School All-State Team, although he finds himself on the honorable mention list.

As a junior, Craig led the ORVC in scoring (25.8 PPG) and rebounding (10.0 RPG). He also made 48 3-pointers, the most in the conference.

Batesville junior and EIAC MVP Cade Kaiser and Oldenburg Academy junior Henry Wanstrath join Craig as Underclass Honorable Mention.
