EC, L’Burg Place Four On All-EIAC Boys Basketball Team

The Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference has named its top boys basketball players for the 2017-18 season.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – The Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference has named its top boys basketball players for the 2017-18 season.

The EIAC All-Conference Team is highlighted by Connersville Spartans stars Garrett Silcott and Noah Belt. The two helped Connersville to a 21-5 overall record, including a 6-1 record in EIAC play.

Silcott is the 2017-18 EIAC MVP. He averaged 17.3 points, 2.4 assists and 2.0 steals per game.

Spartans head coach Kerry Brown was named the EIAC Coach of the Year.

East Central senior Tyler Koelling was the conference’s leading scorer, putting up 22.8 ppg against EIAC foes. His teammate, freshman Luke Collinsworth led the conference in rebounding at 9.1 per game.

Other notable all-conference selections include Lawrenceburg’s Gavin White and Gavin Yoon.
