East Central Wins 7th Straight Wrestling Sectional Title

(Brookville, Ind.) - East Central captured their seventh consecutive boys wrestling sectional championship on Saturday. 

Ten teams competed at Sectional 24 at Franklin County High School. 

East Central earned 267 points behind five individual champions and seven more regional qualifiers. Milan placed second with 206.5 points, followed by Franklin County with 178 points. 

Rushville finished 4th, Batesville 5th, South Dearborn 6th, Lawrenceburg 7th, Greensburg 8th, Union County 9th and Connersville 10th.
