East Central Soccer Unveils New Turf Field

(St. Leon, Ind.) - East Central High School has become the first school in southeastern Indiana to install a soccer specific artificial turf field. 

The field is ready just in time for the start of the fall season. 

East Central's boys team will be the first to take to the new pitch for a regular season game when they host the Oldenburg Academy Twisters on August 16. 

The Lady Trojans' first game on the new turf will come on August 21 versus the defending Class 2A State Champion Lawrenceburg Tigers.
