East Central Football Lands on HSFA Top 300 Preseason Rankings List

The Trojans are one of eight teams from Indiana that made the list.

(St. Leon, Ind.) – Winning back-to-back state championships should warrant plenty of recognition.

Last month, East Central was named to High School Football America’s (HSFA) Preseason 1000 rankings.

The Top 1000 list is a state-by-state look at the best teams, in no particular order.

This week, the HSFA released their Top 300 Preseason Rankings, which featured eight teams from Indiana – including East Central.

The Trojans ranked 147th nationally.

Other Indiana schools making the list include Center Grove (25th), Brownsburg (80th), Ben Davis (95th), Cathedral (166th), Bishop Chatard (203rd), Westfield (217th), and Hamilton Southeastern (221st).

Cincinnati Moeller, East Central’s Week 3 opponent, also made the Top 300 at 91st overall.
