(Batesville, Ind.) - Batesville High School senior Cade Kaiser is the latest basketball star from southeastern Indiana to join the 1,000 point club.
He eclipsed the milestone in a 64-55 overtime win over South Dearborn.

Kaiser joins other area players such as Brody Morris (Rising Sun) and Blaine Ward (South Ripley) that have reached 1,000 career points during the current season.
On a team note, Batesville's win on Thursday night keeps them a game behind first place in the EIAC with two conference games to play. The current standings are as follows:
