The clean-up will take place this Saturday, April 2.

(Dearborn County, Ind.) - The Dearborn County Anti-Litter Initiative is seeking volunteers for the State Line Road clean-up set for Saturday, April 2.
The clean-up will take place at State Line Hill, between the two entrances to Augusta Drive, 9 a.m.-12 noon. That portion of the road will be closed during this time. Detour will be Augusta Drive. Please drive carefully through this residential area.
Volunteers will meet at 8:30 at Sugar Ridge Golf Club for supplies and special instructions. Trash bags and trash-pickers will be provided. Volunteers are asked to bring gloves. The Dearborn County Anti-Litter Initiative thanks Sugar Ridge residents Rich Martin and Denny Mercurio for again helping to organize the annual State Line clean-up, with support from Sugar Ridge Golf Club.
Other scheduled clean-ups include:
• Saturday, April 23 -- Bond Road and parts of Salt Fork/Jackson Ridge in Bright. Both locations, 9-11:30 a.m. Bright Fire & EMS will be organizing the clean-ups, as they have done for many years. Volunteers will meet at the firehouse on Brightwood Dr.
• Saturday, May 7, Yorkridge Road Hill to Fox Road, 9 a.m.-12 noon. York Township Trustee Greggory Callahan is helping to organize for the third year in a row. Volunteers will meet at the York Ridge Hunting Club.
Dearborn County Commissioners have approved road closures during the clean-ups at the request of Celeste Calvitto, founder and chair of the Dearborn County Anti-Litter Initiative. “Thank you to the Dearborn County Sheriff's Office for keeping our volunteers safe and to the Dearborn County Highway Department for their assistance with the clean-ups,” Calvitto said.
