Vevay Police Officer Facing Child Exploitation Charge

(Madison, Ind.) - A Vevay Police officer has been arrested on Child Exploitation and Voyeurism charges.

On Tuesday, Madison Police arrested Kyle J. Davis, 37, following a months long investigation. 

Through the investigating, it was learned that Davis had allegedly attempted to video record an underage victim without her knowledge. 

Davis has been charged with Attempted Child Exploitation (Level 5 Felony) and Attempted Voyeurism (Level 6 Felony). He is currently being held in the Jefferson County Jail on $100,000 cash bond. 

The Madison Police Department was assisted by the Switzerland County Sheriff's Department. 

The investigation is ongoing and more details are expected to be made available when appropriate, according to Madison Police.
