(Switzerland County, Ind.) – The Switzerland County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information about a hit and run.
On Sunday, deputies responded to an accident involving a pickup truck and a bicycle on State Road 56.
The accident occurred about a half mile south of the Switzerland and Ohio county line.
According to the Switzerland County Sheriff’s Office, a male subject was traveling northbound on a bicycle when he was struck by a northbound pickup truck.
The pickup fled from the scene.
The vehicle is described as a black Chevrolet Duramax with tinted windows, large tires and damage to the passenger side mirror.
