United Way, Proximo Support L'burg Reading Program

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The United Way Reading Program is a volunteer tutoring program to assist first grade students become better readers. This initiative is focused on providing a foundation for reading skills in preparation of achieving successful results in 3rd grade for I-READ 3 Testing. The Reading Program is a community partnership between United Way, Lawrenceburg Primary School and volunteers from Proximo Distillers Indiana. On a recent visit, Proximo volunteers provided students with Live United duffel bags in appreciation of their efforts and progress in the United Way Reading Program.
