(Aurora, Ind.) - HWC Engineering has announced that Union Ridge Road will be closed on Wednesday, August 13.
The closure will occur at the intersection of North Hogan Road, and is necessary for a large pump truck to pour concrete for the bridge deck over Hogan Creek.
North Hogan Road has been closed approximately .1 mile west of Union Ridge Road since April 1. The current detour will still be in place and used during the one-day closure of Union Ridge Road. That detour follows N. Hogan Road to State Road 48 to Possum Ridge Road.
Local traffic on Union Ridge Road will need to detour to State Road 48 and follow the existing detour route to Possum Ridge Road to navigate around the closure.
