(Manchester Township, Ind.) - According to Dave O'Mara Contractor Inc., Union Ridge Road at the intersection of North Hogan Road will close on or after June 30.
The closure is expected to last a "few days" in order for a crane to unload and set new bridge beams in place over Hogan Creek.
The current detour will still be in place and used. Local traffic on Union Ridge Road will need to detour to State Road 48 and follow the existing detour route to Possum Ridge Road.
In March, Dave O'Mara Contractor Inc. announced a bridge replacement project on North Hogan Road, approximately .1 mile west of Union Ridge Road. The overall project is scheduled to last 160 days from April 1.
