Two Families Displaced In Batesville Fire

The blaze happened Friday night on S. Park Avenue.

(Batesville, Ind.) - Two families were displaced after a weekend fire in Batesville.

Batesville Fire and Rescue responded to the structure fire on the 600 block of S. Park Avenue around 10:15 p.m. Friday.

Crews extinguished the blaze with help from Morris, Oldenburg and Sunman fire departments. No injuries were reported.

The Red Cross is assisting the two families that were displaced by the fire.
