Greendale Announces Traffic Alert; City Offices Closed for Good Friday

Construction to begin on March 26.

(Greendale, IN) –Construction will begin tomorrow March 26 on Nowlin Ave in Greendale.

The contractors will be working on raising water valves until March 29. Hours of construction starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m., weather permitting. There will be flagmen in place. Delays may occur, so be cautious traveling in that area.

Also, the City of Greendale Offices will be closed for Good Friday, March 29.

Greendale Utilities’ emergency calls will be forwarded to on-call personnel. If you experience water/sewer and electric issues call 812-537-2125.

Greendale Utilities’ customers may pay utility bills online with Invoice Cloud, make payments by phone at 1-855-797-1092 or use afterhours utility deposit box.

There is no garbage pickup on Holidays.
