Thank A Vet Day Returns to Harrison VFW on Saturday

Celebrate Independence Day Weekend by thanking local vets for their service.

(Harrison, Oh.) - The Harrison VFW Post 7570 will host their annual Thank a Vet Day on Saturday, July 5. 

The event will run from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Festivities including Huey Helicopter Rides for purchase, and a special salute to veterans at 3:00 p.m.

There will also be military vehicles on display, drink specials for vets, a DJ, and Momma Nae's food truck.

Eagle Country 99.3 will be on hand, broadcasting live from 1:00 to 4:00.

Following the event, Stagger Lee will perform live music at 8:00 p.m.

Thank a Vet Day is free to attend and open to the public.
