Sunman Man Passes Away from Injuries Sustained in State Road 48 Crash

The accident took place on Tuesday morning.

(Dearborn County, Ind.) - It was around 8:00 a.m. Tuesday when two vehicles were involved in a crash along State Road 48 near Church Road.

Investigators say a vehicle was backing out of a driveway when an oncoming vehicle traveling west collided with it.

Charles Becker, 73, the driver of the westbound vehicle, suffered a head injury in the crash. He was flown to UC Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased on Wednesday.

The second driver, who was not identified, suffered unknown injuries.

No further information has been provided.
