Sunman Man Injured In Rollover Crash In Ripley Co.

(Ripley County, Ind.) – A Sunman man was injured in a single vehicle rollover accident on Sunday night.

Ripley County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the crash around 10:08 p.m. in the 11500 block of North Delaware Road.

Upon arrival, deputies located the driver, Gerald Meyer, Jr., trapped under the vehicle.

Meyer, 41, of Sunman was freed from the vehicle by Batesville Fire, Batesville Police, and Buckley’s Tow Service.

Batesville EMS provided medical attention on the scene until Meyer was airlifted to an area hospital.

Meyer’s status was not released.

The crash remains under investigation.
