Those who voted for both candidates can recast a ballot.

(Dearborn County, Ind.) – A ballot error has been found and corrected.
According to the Dearborn County Clerk's Office, the problem was with the South Dearborn Community School District School Board District 3 race.
Tammy Schwing and Scott Willoughby are the two candidates running for the District 3 seat. The ballot called for voters to pick two to vote for, but this race will only see one candidate being elected.
Therefore, anyone who voted for both candidates may recast their ballot. Those voters will be asked to sign a paper that states there was an error on their original ballot. The original ballot is rejected, and a new ballot can be cast.
If a voter chooses not to recast a ballot after choosing both candidates, neither will receive a vote.
Those who voted for only one of the candidates do not need to recast a ballot.
