CINCINNATI - Skyline Chili has gone back-to-back.

The Cincinnati area favorite has been named USA Today's #1 Regional Fast Food Restaurant for the second year in a row.

USA TODAY 10 BEST editors teamed up with a panel of experts to nominate their top picks. Then, readers voted for their favorites to decide the winners.

These 10 restaurants represent the best in regional fast food throughout the country, offering flavor, speed, and a sense of place — all in one bite.
