INDIANAPOLIS - State Sen. Chip Perfect (R-Lawrenceburg) welcomed the following local students to the Statehouse who served as Senate pages in January.
- Will Graf, from Guilford, attends East Central Middle School
- Jocelyn Johnson, from Butlerville, attends Jennings County Middle School
- Olivia Johnson, from Butlerville, attends Jennings County Middle School
- Colton Lewis, from Guilford, attends East Central Middle School
- Molly Lewis, from Guilford, attends East Central Middle School
- Charlie Parmer, from Rushville, attends North Decatur Elementary School
- Sophie Rohls, from Greensburg, attends North Decatur Elementary School
"I love showing my pages how Senators from across the state come together to solve issues," Perfect said. "I find the Senate Page Program to be a valuable learning experience for these students, giving them a first-hand look at the legislative process."
Students in grades six through 12 participate in the page program on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during the legislative session. Groups serve on Wednesdays.
