(Ripley County, Ind.) - Bridge construction is scheduled on State Road 350 over Plum Creek next week.
According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, State Road 350 will close between U.S. 421 and State Road 129 as early as Monday, February 20.
The bridge, located two miles east of Osgood, is expected to remain closed until mid-June.
Motorists should use the official detour route, which follows U.S. 421 to U.S. 50 to State Road 129 or seek an alternative route. County Road 25 and N. Baseline Road will have access from State Road 350 during construction.
INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use caution and avoid distractions in and near active construction zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
