(Rising Sun, Ind.) – Potential tenants are being encouraged to bring forward their ideas to be part of Rising Sun’s future.

Rising Sun Ohio County First, Inc. announced on Friday that the previous home of DeVille’s Pharmacy is poised for a fresh start.

A call for Requests for Proposals (RFP) outlines a thorough process, inviting detailed business plans and innovative visions for the space at 223 Main Street to be submitted by April 15.

The Rising Sun Ohio County First, Inc. Board will conduct a thorough evaluation of all proposals based on a predefined Scoring Matrix. The Board says there is no obligation to select a proposal if none meet the organization’s criteria.

For full details on submission guidelines, requirements, and how to arrange a viewing of the property, interested parties are urged to visit the official announcement at cityofrisingsun.com.
