(Rising Sun, Ind.) - Out with the old and in with the new.
Rising Sun Schools announced today the purchase and installation of a new commercial-grade washer and dryer, and purchase of a new commercial lawnmower.
The new washer and dryer units replace older units that were over 30 years old. The upgrade ensures that athletic uniforms, towels and other school laundry can be cleaned more efficiently and reliably.
The maintenance crew will use the new lawnmower to keep campus looking great and safe for students, staff and the community.
Both purchases were made thanks to a generous grant from the Rising Sun Regional Foundation.
