Reid Health To Break Ground On New Primary & Specialty Care Facility In Brookville

The new facility will allow for expanded services to the Franklin County community.

(Brookville, Ind.) – A groundbreaking ceremony will be held next month at the site of Reid Health’s new office building in Brookville.

Reid Health announced plans in September for a 20,000-square-foot facility on 5.7 acres at 11007 State Road 101.

The new office will replace Reid’s current office at 617 Main Street in Brookville.

The groundbreaking will be held on Friday, November 11 at 11:00 a.m. Light refreshments will be served following the event.

The move will allow for expanded services to the community and greater Franklin County area, including primary and specialty care, as well as lab and radiology services.

"This new building will offer a brand new, modern space with expanded, easy parking, wider hallways, wheelchair accessibility throughout, larger exam rooms, and expanded services," said John McGinty, M.D., Medical Director for Richmond Cardiology Associates. "We will also be able to offer expanded office hours and telehealth services. I'm excited to continue, along with my colleagues, providing care to the Franklin County community."

Scheduled completion of the new Reid Health Primary and Specialty Care facility is 2023.
