Publix Announces Grand Opening Date at Richwood Road Store

The Florida-based grocer is planning more NKY locations.

(Walton, Ky.) - The first Publix Super Market in Northern Kentucky has an opening date.

Publix at Triple Crown Shopping Center on Richwood Road will welcome customers at its grand opening scheduled for Wednesday, March 26 at 7:00 a.m.

The 55,701-square-foot facility will sit adjacent to Publix Liquors, which will offer beer, wine and spirits.

“We are excited to open our first location in Northern Kentucky,” said Jared Glover, Publix media relations manager. “We look forward to delivering Publix’s legendary service and being active members in this great community.”

The Florida-based grocer has announced other locations in Hebron, Independence, Florence/Union, and where Alexandria Pike meets the AA Highway.
