(Greendale, Ind.) - Preferred Rate Mortgage has completed their move from Lawrenceburg to Greendale.

The full-service mortgage lender, specializing in FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional home mortgages, celebrated their grand opening on Flossie Drive earlier this month.

“We want to thank everyone who joined us on June 1 for the opening of our new office in Greendale. It was great to have such a wonderful turnout. Special thanks to all our business partners that came to show support,” said branch manager Mark McCool. “We’re excited to be in our new office in Greendale and look forward to being able to continue serving the community.”

Along with the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the open house included tours of the office, free headshots provided by Terri Bandenburg Photo, and an assortment of refreshments from local businesses, including Sweet Beard Bakehouse, Parkside Market, and Penn Station.

“At the local Preferred Rate Mortgage branch, we work hard to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers and the communities we serve,” said McCool. “We believe in helping customers to overcome any obstacles to homeownership and work with each customer to help them develop a plan to guide them on the path to buying a home. We also prioritize being involved members of the community, and it was a great experience to be able to share the grand opening and ribbon-cutting event with so many other community members.”
