Police: Shots Fire Near Dent Schoolhouse on Saturday

(Green Township, Oh.) – Shots were fired near the Dent Schoolhouse on Saturday night.

Green Township Police responded to the area of the 5900 block of Harrison Avenue where a subject allegedly pulled out a firearm and started firing shots during an argument.

Harrison Avenue was closed for approximately two hours while officers investigated the scene and dispersed multiple unruly juveniles and young adults from the area.

According to Green Township Police, no persons were struck by gunfire.

Persons of interest in the shooting have been identified and firearms have been recovered.

The incident remains under investigation.
