Perfect North Slopes Hosts 37th Special Olympics Winter Games

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – More than 250 people from across the Hoosier state hit the slopes at Perfect North this week for the Special Olympics 2018 Winter Games. On January 7-9, Perfect North Slopes played host to the 37th Special Olympics Winter Games. It was the eighth time Perfect North has hosted the games. Prior events were held at Paoli. A total of 254 athletes, Unified Partners and coaches participated in the games this year, including 92 from Ripley, Ohio and Dearborn counties – which was the largest delegation at the games. Several Special Olympians from Ripley, Ohio and Dearborn counties performed well at the Winter Games.
