Work started Monday in downtown Lawrenceburg.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Pedestrian crosswalks and sidewalk improvements will be ongoing for the next several weeks in downtown Lawrenceburg.
Improvements will be made at the following intersections through May 29:

Walnut St. & Tate St.
-
Walnut St. & Center St.
-
Walnut St. & High St.
-
High St. & Vine St.
The scope of the work includes paver crosswalks, removal and replacement of concrete sidewalks at ADA ramps, removal and replacement at ADA ramps, ADA ramp upgrades and upgraded flashing stop signs.
Construction is scheduled for Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. All work is weather dependent.
Traffic controls will be in place with flaggers and street signage.
