UPDATE: Park Avenue Open After Slip Repair

The Aurora road was reduced to one lane on Monday.

Update published Tuesday, March 5:

The City of Aurora says both directions of Park Avenue are open following a slip repair project. Crews remain on site, so motorists should still use extra caution when traveling on Park Avenue. 

 

Original story published Monday, March 4:

(Aurora, Ind.) - An Aurora road is being reduced to one lane until further notice. 

The City of Aurora Street Department announced Monday that Park Avenue is down to one lane between the addresses of 47 and 504 Park Avenue. 

The lane reduction is necessary so crews can work to repair a slip in the road.
