One-Month-Old Okay After Crash On I-74

One vehicle struck another in the rear near the Indiana-Ohio state line Tuesday night.

(West Harrison, Ind.) - An infant was taken to the hospital after a rear-end collision on Interstate 74 in Dearborn County.

Sheriff's deputies say a vehicle driven by Chance Fleenor, of Greenwood, Indiana, was hit from behind by another vehicle driven by Anthony Littleton, of Guilford, at around 10:20 p.m. Tuesday, November 13. The collision was in the slow lane on I-74 near the Indiana-Ohio state line.

A one-month-old baby in Fleenor’s vehicle was taken to Mercy Hospital in Harrison to be checked out, then was released after no injuries were found, deputies say.

Neither of the adult drivers were hurt.

Indiana State Police and Harrison Fire & EMS assisted the sheriff's department at the crash scene.
