Police say the man was allegedly in possession of items that could be used to facilitate sexual assault.

(Whitewater Township, Oh.) – One person is in custody after an attempted burglary in Whitewater Township.
Hamilton County Sheriff Jim Neil tells Eagle Country 99.3 that a resident in the 5800 block of Dry Fork Road reported the attempted burglary around 1:15 a.m. Friday morning
Responding officers located a subject identified as Martin J. Denver, 46.
Denver was found at the rear door of the residence holding the screen door open. He was allegedly found in possession of various items that could be used as physical restraints, as well as items that could be used to facilitate sexual assault.
After interviewing Denver, he was charged with one count of Attempted Burglary and one count of Possession of Criminal Tools.
Denver is currently held in the Hamilton County Criminal Justice Center.
