Bernie Wallick died at the age of 73 on Wednesday afternoon.

(Ohio County, Ind.) - A beloved member of the Ohio County community was lost Wednesday afternoon.
Bernie Wallick, 73, was involved in a rollover accident on State Road 56 in the area of Camp Shore around 2:47 p.m.
Ohio County Sheriff Glen Potts tells Eagle Country 99.3 that Wallick vehicle crossed the center line and traveled off the road before striking a tree. Wallick was pronounced dead at the scene.
However, the cause of death is pending from the Ohio County Coroner.
Wallick was known by most residents in Ohio County and even served as a Special Deputy for the Ohio County Sheriff's Office.
During his time as a Special Deputy, Wallick helped transport prisoners and with traffic detail, among other duties.
"He was just a good ole guy," said Sheriff Potts. "He loved everyone like they were family. He will be missed. The residents of Ohio County will miss him."
